For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10:13-15
The sermons at Christ Church, by the grace and power of God, seek to explain the Bible accurately and apply its biblical truth to our hearers' lives. Our regular practice for our sermon series is to move through books of the Bible. Preaching through books of the Bible is referred to as expository preaching. From time to time, we also step away from a book series for a topical sermon or short sermon series. Examples of topical sermons are our Lord's Supper sermons and our incarnation series Songs for the Savior.
Our current morning sermon series is Acts: The Lord Jesus Christ Is Building His Church.
Our current evening sermon series is Ruth: There is a Redeemer
